Transferred Scout to a different Troop still shows on SB+ roster

I have a scout who transferred to a different Troop, out of council which I believe generated a different BSA#. Scout no longer appears on scouting.org roster but still appears on SB+ roster.

Old BSA 140502670 when he was with our troop

New BSA 142314662 with the new new troop
