Hi - I just noticed that all my scouts who hold a position their dates were terminated. Oddly there was no consistency in when their positions were terminated and yet we have not held a new election yet so they all should have active positions. What’s going on? Do I have to manually fix every scout? How can this be avoided in the future?
If you provide a couple of examples with the Member IDs (no names please!) and the position they were dropped from, the SUAC may be able to look into what the cause was. That might help clarify what the next steps are.

@CHRISTINEWilliams3 - is this in advancements.scouting.org ? That is where you should be looking. Legacy scoutbook is just the MBC menu and not for very long the payment logs.
