Scout ID 142280946 Mom ID 142288809. I added her after she set up her account, she got the invite and hit accept and got an error. I see her now on her son’s profile but when I select her it shows “undefined id” and no other details. Also. the scout now shows in the roster as dropping which is incorrect. They just joined.
@DavidGray4 Try the Roster at my.Scouting and see if you can change the Scout’s “Opt out” option, but I think he is too far out from renewal for you to change it.
You might need one of the parents to log in to my.Scouting.org and go to “My Application”. They should be able to change the “Opt out of Renewing” toggle there.
you were correct, I was not able to do anything with the opt out in my.scouting. I will pass along the instructions to Dad. What about the “undefined id” with the mother?
@DavidGray4 Was the mother just added as a relationship today? If so, then try again tomorrow, after the overnight sync runs.

She excepted on Friday. We had a fishing day Saturday morning that she came to and showed me what was going on. Saturday afternoon I noticed his opt out was toggled which I thought odd too
I’m still trying to work this out. Should I remove Mom and try to add her back? She’s SB+ as “undefined id” and in legacy sb she doesn’t show up in connections at all. Should I remove her and try again? How do I do that in sb+? Thanks
@DavidGray4 I have made some changes to the Mom’s Scoutbook account. Please wait for the overnight sync to run, and then ask her to log in at my.Scouting.org and Scoutbook Plus tomorrow. Then see if you can access her profile.
You won’t be able to remove her as a relationship to her Scout, because she has already accepted.
