Our pack has two leaders who were accidentally removed from scoutbook but they are still on our my.scouting roster. We have requested a sync but that did not add them back. Member ID’s 140822280 and 134433109.
@DavidYoung6 what do you mean you requested a sync? Did you tell Council?

I am having a similar issue. Scout’s account had errors and was unable to link to parent’s account. Council reviewed and saw no system errors, so they recommended we expire the scout and the parent in scoutbook, with the assumption we could pull them back in a day or two later. Two weeks later and the adult still doesn’t show up in the “add adult" function in Scoutbook. Both the parent and child are still active in my.scouting.org. Parent’s BSA ID is 141079792. Scout’s BSA ID is 141079798.
There are errors. It will take me some time to clean things up.
Check back after 4:00 PM for the Scout to be back in your unit in Scoutbook. You will need to place him back in a den.
Somehow the father’s MID was on the Scout’s Scoutbook account. I have cleaned all of this up.
Positions may be restored by 4:00 PM Central today but may take overnight.
