I tried on Mac, PC, and on Chrome, IE and Firefox browsers.
As a Committee Member, I think you might not have the permissions needed to run these reports.

Jennifer, thank you for your reply. If it is because I am not a key 3, it would be nice for Scoutbook to say that, rather than getting a “bug error” message.
