@DougWright you are going about this the wrong way - if you want our help it is easier for us to go from the Scout’s MID - that is a known item - not going from unknowns
@DougWright this one has 2 others - each connected to one scout with 2 different MIDs - so as stated above - lets start with the MID of the Scout
Thank you for looking at this. The MID is an adult who can’t renew himself.
last log in was 1/2/25 - this is a watch the user do it I think - login is the @sbcglobal.net username
It looks like he has 2 usernames set to the same MID as primary.

@DougWright can you find out if he wants the email log in or the non-email login - looks like the non-email login was just used

In case the other family members have multiple MIDs that need managed, here is the additional info I received -
Family was involved in scouting before 2019, when they moved to CO.

@DougWright I found a third username for the dad that hadn’t been used in six years, so I merged that one too. He can try renewing tomorrow after the nightly sync.
@DougWright The scout looks good. Mom looks good except that she has a different email address in different systems. She should log in and change the email address if it’s not what she wants. If it is what she wants, she should edit and save it to force a sync to the other systems.
