Parent can't renew scout

Hi SUAC,

Parent is receiving error “You are not allowed to proceed with this renewal.” The p/g email matches, so I think they have more than one MID.

@DougWright the way she logs into SB is good - with Sign in with Google - that is correct account

@DonovanMcNeil - so she didn’t have any issues that you could see?

The only thing I see is that her birth year is listed as 1920. It’s possible that being over 100 years old throws off some age validation.
