can’t reopen the post i made last month, posting again. looks like i was able to drop the scout from scoutbook (legacy) in the pack. but i am still getting the same error message in scoutbook+
Is the Member ID is the error message that of the Scout you are trying to remove?
the one in the error message is unknown to me the one in the back ground is the one i am trying to remove from my pack.
Please post the Scouting America Member ID (no names) here so I am sure to get the correct one when I report the error.
140958534 is the scout i am removing from pack since they moved to troop
I suspect the reason you can’t opt the Scout out is that his Pack membership ended 6/30/25. My recommendation is to try an incognito window and see if he still appears on your roster.
