One of my scouts that transferred to our troop and council last year has disappeared from scout book. I have personally added merit badges to his account previously. We contacted council but
they only want to try different browsers, try incognito mode. I believe it’s because he was a transfer but I dont Know how to fix this, any thoughts??

I also have a scout missing from scoutbook. Can you help get him back? Also, how do I get rid of multiple patrols and duplicate names in scoutbook?
Post the Scout’s Member ID and we will check.
@StevenDonajkowski Patrols - an admin can go to scoutbook.scouting.org - move all scouts to good patrols with the Reassign button in the patrols. Then Bad Patrols you can Edit Patrol and then Disapprove Patrol.

@StevenDonajkowski looks like you ended the membership - when moving scouts in Patrols - go to gaining Patrol in Legacy and click Reassign - give it 24 hours for the Scout to show back up
Where is that located? My.scouting? Scoutbook?
You would go to scoutbook.scouting.org > choose the patrol GAINING members > click Reassign

Den leader called and said their scout is missing from Scoutbook and when I tried to sync in mybsa2 it said account deleted. Scouts ID is 137265940
@BarbieVanGundy that number is for an older Scout - please check again
My.scouting shows that member ID is a youth (under 18) and currently registered to the troop
So why would a Den leader call to say the Scout is missing?
Oh so it is not missing from a pack? just DL was a parent?
@BarbieVanGundy Yes Odd sync - I will sync them back - You should send in a Membercare ticket on this also - asking for a general fix
Sorry not a den leader since they are in the troop - it was the committee chair that was trying to enter advancements for the scout in Scoutbook. They are actively registered to the unit in my.scouting, just the profile in Scoutbook is missing.
Have the unit check again after 4:00 PM Central today. The Scout should be back in the troop.
