I am sorry that I don’t understand what you are asking. He has two accounts. He is appearing as expired Youth protection, but really he accidentally completed the youth protection training under a new account, and its not showing up on the more established account.
@BradleyStrunk the user has 2 different ways to log in and uses both (this is why users should self report issues not third parties) - they use and email as a username or they Sign in with Google. They need to pick one way so it can be cleaned up best

The ID which is linked to his children is ID 14450788 which he would like to use in the future.
