We have a new scout in our den. His BSA Member ID is 141302970 and his parent is 141302969. He shows in Scoutbook as SB User ID 14008669. However, there is another BSA Member ID 141320974 and another parent also showing in Scoutbook. I believe this is a different scout with the same name from a different Council. I can complete requirements that we have done, but also leaders from the other Pack/Den are checking off requirements/advancements and the whole thing has become a big mess.
Our Cubmaster went to our Council office last week and they “worked on it” but it is still not resolved. Looking for help on how to get this corrected.
