I appear to have two member ID’s in Internet Advancement (13698607 and 12882241). Is it possible to consolidate to one (13698607). Thanks.

@AndrewKelley Please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up your child (or children).
In the “Relationship” tab / section, they should remove you as parent under your secondary member ID number(s). You should only be listed as parent under your primary member ID number: 13698607. This should help to prevent future issues, such as the creation of duplicate Scoutbook accounts.
