New Parent with Two ID Numbers

I have a parent that just registered two Cubs for the Pack but somehow did it under two different accounts it seems. Can someone assist with a merge?

The account I know she logs in with has her ID as 141253590. For her other child it shows her ID as 141253592.

Those accounts have different last names. You’ll need to get your council to move all of the parent relationships onto one. Then, we can proceed with other cleanup efforts with the usernames and scoutbook accounts.

I’ve had the registrar ensure that both of the kids are connected to her account with MID 14125390. Can you assist with cleaning up and removing the other account with MID 14125392?

@CorwinLoreman Please ask your local council to use their Registrar Tools to look up her child with first initial “N”.

In the “Relationships” tab / section, they should remove her as parent under her secondary BSA member ID number. This will help to prevent future issues.
