Unable to add Completion Date for Eagle Requirement #3 in Scoutbook Plus

Hello,

I’m unable to update a scout’s Eagle Requirement #3 (“Earn a total of 21 merit badges…”) in Scoutbook Plus (BSA ID: 132562168). I don’t see a Completion Date box at the bottom of the requirement the way I do for other requirements. The scout has completed the required 21 merit badges. Please advise.

Ok. How can I see the completion date or verify that it was auto completed? There is no indication on that screen that #3 is complete for this scout. Thanks.

I wonder if the one eagle used as an elective is confusing it

Req 3 cannot be manually completed, it is automatically completed based on the approved Merit Badges.

Thank you for providing the Scout’s Member ID. I have looked at the list of Merit Badges that are approved and agree Req 3 should be complete. I’ll pass this on to the developers.

Thank you. Should I just check back in a few days if it still shows as incomplete in Scoutbook Plus?

@KhanKashif we just report issues - we have no idea when or if they will be fixed - this is not a show stopper as you can get around the error with the Eagle application - watch the change log for updates.

Thank you. Is this the right link? Should I just be reviewing the updates posted to see if the issue I identified was fixed?

@KhanKashif- yes that is the change log. When the issue is resolved it will be posted there.
