Unable to add Recruiter Strip To Scout

I have been unable to award a Recruiter Strip to a scouts account. The people in our council office could not do it either.

@AdamDPerry How are you unable? What did you try? What scout Member ID? Was there an error?

  1. It just won’t allow it to post.
  2. I tried on Scoutbook, Scoutbook Plus, both utilized both the quick advancement & the one through her profile.

user award can not be created because userAward or userAwardRequirements already exist for the given userId, awardId - userId: 11833171 - awardId: 146

We will need to turn this in to the developers. Recruiter is not a restricted award so you could purchase it now and record it later.

Honestly that what I did. We started a new crew w/o a troop attached. All of the youth are recruiting each other. Thanks for the time.
