Cannot mark previous awards as awarded in Scoutbook Plus

Since Sea Scout awards have now migrated to Scoutbook Plus, I am unable to mark the Small-Boat Handler Award as complete (shows as such in Registrars Tools, but not in the Scoutbook Plus UI) and AWARDED for the following Scouts: 131831941 and 133536519. Please advise. Thank you!

This is a known issue. The developers are still working on a fix.
