We were able to complete advancement for many of our scouts except for this one. We see him in ScoutBook, but not ScoutBook+ where we are trying to award First Class.
Could someone take a look at his records and see if something looks wrong?

Scout is in the cheese patrol - you as a Committee member might not have access if your Key 3 have not setup correct new permissions
I see him in both Scoutbook and Akela databases. Try resetting your filters at the top of the Scoutbook Plus roster page.
