Our troop has a committee position of Merit Badge Coordinator who will open scouts merit badges as they are approved to work on them and assign them a counselor. We just transitioned this position to another individual and we have the same permissions (Advancement Chair, Troop Admin, Assistant Scoutmaster) and he is unable to assign counselors. Am I missing a permission somewhere? These are the exact same positions applied to the previous coordinator.
That should be sufficient. Have they waited at least 24 hours after those positions were all assigned?
How are they trying to assign the MBCs? What happens when they try? Screenshots (without showing any names) are helpful.
