Unable to change leaders email

One of our leaders emails got put in as the generic CHANGEYOUREMAIL@SCOUTBOOK.COM. When I attempt to change it I get an erro that that “That email exists under another account”. CAn someone assist? BSA ID 137252602

@AndrewMueller this is fixed they need to use my.scouting.org credentials to log into SB
