Unable to change rank version

I am unable to change the rank version for all my Scouts in Scoutbook Plus. All ranks they have earned are showing up as blank. I am unable to enter any data into Scoutbook for the Scouts.

I have two that are working on their eagle rank and the only version option in the drop down box is v 2026; but they started on v 2022.

My Scouting ID: 134075711

scouts ID 134222918 and 132093892

The only difference between Eagle 2022 and 2026 is Citizenship in Society. If these Scouts have not earned CIS or have more than 21 MBs then they should be on Eagle 2026. 2022 is only needed if the Scout earned CIS AND has only 21
MBs when they complete the rest of the Eagle requirements.

@ErinOlson - so you are seeing all scouts with blank advancement records? What is your registered position in the unit ?

Yes, I am able to see all the Scouts, when I click into any of their profiles, it show 0% completion, and their rank advancement when I click into it is blank.

I am the Scoutmaster for the troop.

I figured the version was just that portion making tre Citizenship in Society MB not required anymore for Eagle Rank. I’m not sure if that is the cause of why each of my Scouts rank advancement details is missing and it will not let me update any of their advancements, or see what needs to be completed, or the dates for Eagle applications.

@ErinOlson - just out of curiosity is your access to my.scouting.org good ? You can see everything there ? Something makes me think SYT expiration which is why a check in my.scouting.org access

@ErinOlson your registration and functional roles are odd - you are Scoutmaster - and you have functional roles of Key 3 Delegate and Advancement chair - as SM you are already a Key 3 - and UAC gives you nothing more than SM gives you.
