Unable to cross-register youth because of missing "From Organization" in the profile

In the future for other Scouts who cross-register, how do I get a second Scoutbook ID created? Do I request that after doing the multiple registration like I did with these four, and where do I ask for the new ID (this forum or elsewhere)?

@ShirleyHou If you find that a user needs a second Scoutbook account, you can ask here or the local council can send in a help ticket to National.

Hi @JenniferOlinger - may I ask that you create a second Scoutbook ID for youth member 142264626? Her primary council should be ETAC and secondary is SHAC.

To everyone else - we were not able to figure out the issue that was preventing an electronic multiple youth registration and the root cause of the blank “From Organization” in the youth’s profile. We got around the problem by filling out a paper application and sending it to the Sam Houston Area Council. That worked!

@ShirleyHou I have requested a new Scoutbook account be created for the Scout in SHAC. It should be created overnight.
