Dual registration across councils - "Needs to register"

We have a youth member who is registered in a troop and crew in two different councils. Her other troop and crew (Mecklenburg Council) are primary, and our troop and crew (Central NC Council) are secondary. She is active in both troops and crews. On our SB rosters, she is listed as “Needs to register.” How should we handle this?

Hi, we’re having a similar issue. We have a new scout that transferred from the High Desert Council. His new member ID is correct at my.scouting, but his old Member ID is the primary in Scoutbook Legacy, so he is not showing up on our roster correctly in new Scoutbook. I can’t find anywhere to change his primary ID. Could you please help? Primary ID in Scoutbook should be 142030216, not 140311268. Thank you!
