Hello - I’m having an issue entering two adventures (Into the Wild and Into the Woods) for my AOL scouts. They had previously earned those electives under the Webelos requirements, but earned the AOL-specific adventure as well. They are showing as already earned (under the 2015/2016 version) and I’m unable to toggle to enter them under the AOL elective/2024 requirements.
You will need to remove the 2015/16 version of the adventures from the Scout’s record by clearing the approved and awarded checkboxes and the completion date. Then you should be able to change the version to 2024 and add the adventures for your AOL Scouts.
Yeah the Cub Program saw this issue when it was being programmed and there is no way to have them for both ranks.
