Unable to login to scoutbook plus

My login and password work for all the scouting.org sites but when I try to login to Scoutbook plus I get a box that pops up at the top of the screen (! ERROR).

I have tried resetting my password, restarting my computer, and clearing my cache. Even tried with another computer and had the same problem.
Note: not sure if related or not but I keep getting a message that there are multiple accounts registered to my existing email address. Not sure if that is relevant.

Any help would be appreciated.

@ZacharyBridegroom You have 2 usernames (ogins) at my.Scouting:

One is an e-mail address
The other has sign in with Google turned on

Do you want to keep the username that is an e-mail address?

I believe that the username I use for scoutbook is my email address.

Recent development: I successfully logged in to scoutbook plus on my work computer without issue. So I think the login issue my problem to work out. .

I’m having a similar issue. I can login into Scoutbook no problem but when I enter advancements, it redirects me to Scoutbook Plus. Then it doesn’t even allow me to type in my username or password. So weird
