I can not log into ScoutBook. I can long into my.scouting.org but i can not log in to mark things off my for my Den. It tells me my username and passwod do not exist. I am a registered Member ID13479434
Are you using the same username/password for Scoutbook (https://scoutbook.scouting.org) that you use for my.scouting?
yes, i am. I have had this problem for a very long time
it says there is not account llinked to the email address im using. I login with my user name
it is possible i used a different email but if im using my user name and password why would it not still log me in?

Please log all the way out, and then try logging back in again.

@SarahReed3 Not saying this is what you are experiencing, but it might be. The Chrome browser will do a pop-up asking if you want to use your Google account to login. If you mistakenly clicked that you did, it will cause a problem like you are describing. scouting.org are almost the only sites I have had this happen. Logout, close the browser, restart the computer, not sure what will make it stop. Just be sure to not let it try to login that way.
