My login works for all the other scouting.org sites but despite trying password resets and everything for scoutbook I’m still unable to login. Any trick to this or a support email I can contact to look at my account?

Are you using the same ID and PW that you use to login to my.scouting.org?
You might also try Administration > My Account > Switch SSO
