I’m MB counselor for a scout for a scout (12557656) and am trying to mark off some requirements as completed on the Hiking MB (current version). When loading the MB in SB+, the comment field start with a spinning icon, and when I enter a date for the requirement I’m trying to sign off and click submit, the submit button also shows the spinning icon and never completes. This seems to be the case for the past several weeks, using both Safari and Chrome.
@BrianGautrey - some have had success after getting the unit leader sign off done that shows at the top of the requirements
I’m experiencing the same problem. Can someone from the Scoutbook IT team please investigate and fix this issue? There appear to be several threads related to this problem indicating that there are many Merit Badge Counselors affected by this issue, and the problem has been unresolved for several weeks.
The developers are aware of this issue and are working on a fix. Watch the Change Log forum for announcement of a fix.

Me too, 6/7/2026, happening with Scholarship and Reading MB. Can’t make a comment or mark a requirement complete. The comment button spins, if I mark a requirement complete Save will spin, and it doesn’t matter if I check record/approve or not.
