Posting on behalf of my wife, who’s an MBC. When she selects a requirement, the “comment” button begins spinning for some reason… and then when she selects a date and clicks “save,” both “save” and “comment” buttons just spin with no end, and no resolution… and nothing is saved.
Any suggestions? Thank you!
@ZacharyWhirley - she has the MBC role selected in the upper right ? She can post here as working this third party is not the best plan

I have the same problem as Zach, except I am a registerd Merit Badge Counselof entering the data by and for myself. All Scouts show up as “not started” and when I select a requirement completion date or a badge completion date, the “comment” button shows a spinning circle. When I click “save,” both “save” and “comment” buttons just spin with no end, and no resolution… nothing is saved." It makes no difference whether the “approved/recorded” box is checked or not.

@FrancisMartin - you are doing this from the Merit Badge dropdown in the upper right and on the MBC Dashboard ?
I am in an incognito window now. I do not see a “Merit Badge” drop down in the upper right, I see that I am working as a registered merit badge councelor in my district.

Yes that is the drop down I see and yes the Merit Badge option is checked.

@FrancisMartin - perfect. I am not able to reproduce this either. Everything is working for me. Perhaps the MB version is in play. Had you worked with these scouts prior ?
I worked with one of the Scouts and everything was working find when I approved his merit badge (same badge the others are working on - Railroading). That was just a week or two ago.
The additional Scouts were added on Saturday and Today.

I have been having the same issue since Saturday May 2. The “Save” and “Comment” buttons have a spinning circle. I cannot record completed requirements. Citizenship in Community.
I have my MBC box checked upper right corner near my profile.
Please help as scout and parent are getting angry as the scout needs this MB for eagle. 18th B-Day is soon.

Since the Scout has completed the MB and the Eagle Application does NOT have to be turned in for 24 months after turning 18, you have time to get this entered.
This problem resolved itself for this morning. I entered the completions I had and they saved just fine. This afternoon a strangler came along and again i got the spinning wheels.
I am thinking it might take some time between linking to a Scout.and actually signing off his requirements.
For the Eagle Scout candidate who is approaching his/her 18th birthday., I would.contact the advancement chair and do it the old-fashion way with a blue card.

Can you post the Member # (no name) of the Scout - the Merit Badge and exact requirement you are seeing this please
