Cannot see my scout, no notification to renew

Good morning! I’m trying to renew my son, who is expired, but I do not have a notification to renew him on my.scouting.org.

I am a committee member, but I am not linked to my son on my.scouting.

I am linked to him on scoutbook. How do I link to him on my.scouting.org?

(using a PC w/ Windows 10 (?) and Chrome. Tried incognito mode, no change)

My member ID is: 141362173
My son’s member ID is: 140960743

@KennethPackard you are connected correctly to your Scout under both BSA#s. Go to my.scouting.org > My Application > My Renewals - see anything there? if not I suggest call your council for advise

@DonovanMcNeil thanks! I did not see anything under the My Renewals section either, but council was able to get me squared away. Apparently, several others have had a similar issue.
