When using the report builder (Scoutbook Plus –> Reports –> Custom Reports –> New Report –> New Custom Report (Report Builder), list of scouts available for selection in the report builder is limited to those scouts who were on the roster when I transitioned out of my Cubmaster role in Jun 2025.
I have the following permissions
Activity Approver/Creator/Remover/Editor
Advancement Editor (includes Youth Leadership)
Advancement Awarder
Advancement Approver
Calendar Editor
Create Messages
Profile Editor
Reports
Den Chief Edit
Den Chief Add
I am able to see all of the youth in the unit on the Scoutbook Plus Roster Tab, I just can’t see them all in the Report Builder.
It feels like there is possibly a bug in the Report Builder where it is still referring to the connections from Legacy Scoutbook
I have done a hard refresh (shift + F5), cleared browser cache / cookies, and the issue persists.
Ultimately, I need to figure out what permissions are required so that I can run Report Builder reports for Pack 1402, as well as for the troops I am involved with. But happy to figure out for Pack 1402 first.
The Bear Den is a good example. The scout with this member ID shows in the Report Builder Selection Screen –> 140318829 (continued from last year). The remainder of the Bear Den are new this year and do not show in the Report Builder Selection Screen
On the Scoutbook Plus Roster, I am able to click on all youth in the unit (including the ones not available in the report builder), and see their Scout’s Info & Personal Info.
