We are part of the Combined Troops Pilot, we were able months back t make girls multiple. We recently had a AOL crossing and we were unable to cross a girl to the troop. We transfer her to the Girls Troop from the Pack. Now we are unable to make her multiple as system shows a gender error message.
The instructions that the SUAC folks here have received (unless they have been changed recently) is that all pilot troop issues have to be submitted to national via council as a MemberCare ticket.
You will need to work with your Council on this. As Charlie said, all pilot troop issues must have a member care ticket opened by the Council. The SUAC cannot assist with these issues.
