In updating positions in Pack 1261 prior to our recharter, our COR has been unable to update our Cubmaster Position. I’m the CC and trying to help. We are just trying to move 110308630 out to replace with 3178061, but have been unable to remove the incumbent or move the new Cubmaster in. I don’t remember having this trouble last time. Is this an issue, or a fix to let us make the change?

The reason you are unable to move MID 110308630 out of the Cubmaster role is because his registration expired on 10/31/25. The systems do not allow any changes to a member in the lapsed state other than renewing.
As Donovan stated, you will need to contact your Council who can fix this for you.
The Scoutbook Plus developers were able to move MID 3178061 to the Cubmaster position. MID 110308630 is not counted against the MIN/MAX numbers in the position. This may require a 24 hour sync, but you should be able to proceed with your recharter.
I did’t realize the problem was with his expiration. I’d help him with his renewal but is saying the member has existing orders and won’t let me do it.
