I a a Key 3 Delegate for our troop. I have been trying to give update the Scoutbook Plus permissions for one of our Committee Members SW (ID 13891669), so that they can update advancement and work with the calendar, also assign merit badge counselors and start merit badges for our scouts.
I have tried multiple times to check in the boxes and then save the changes, I get a message that the changes are saved and will be updated in 24 hours, but nothing changes and SW is not able to work with the troop.
@DiyanaMiriyala one common issue is the APPLY buttons - they are confusing - you have to click the right one for the permissions you are trying to give - one apply does not save all. Are you hitting the right Apply buttons?
I think I was hitting something wrong. I was pressing the Apply Button under the section and it seems it has to be the one before the section starts. It seems to work now. Thank you!
