Missing Permissions after last Scoutbook Plus Update

After the Scoutbook merit badge counselor migration this week, my permissions in Scoutbook Plus have been messed up. My member ID is 141363458. I have the following permissions allocated to my role:

-Activity Approver/Creator/Remove/Editor

-Advancement Editor (includes Youth Leadership)

-Advancement Awarder

-Advancement Approver

-MBC List

-Calendar Editor

-Calendar Editor by SubUnit

-PO Creator/Editor

-Create Messages

-Reports

When I attempt to assign merit badge counselors to our troop members, I can find the MBC but as soon as I hit “Assign” I get the following errors and am unable to complete the task:

ERROR: You do not have access to this API

ERROR: Your position(s) and related permissions do not allow you to perform this action.

I have also noticed that in our Roster in Scoutbook Plus, all of the Adults with the exception of our Scoutmaster, our COR, and one of our Asst. Scoutmasters have disappeared. None of the other registered parents appear.

Please help me sort this out so I can continue with my Advancement Chair activities.

@LisaBaugh as the Advancement Permissions should give you ability to assign but there is a known bug that is being looked at.

@LisaBaugh - on the roster issue have you tried the filter reset ?

Scouting America IT does not release schedules. Watch the Scoutbook - Scoutbook Plus Change Log - Scouting Forums for an announcement of the fix.
