I messed up my account when my son first joined(combined a lot of information like email being a big issue I think) finally got them separated kind of.( still confusing) and now I can not login to Scout book. I have called local council and they are unsure how to help me. any help will be appreciated.
@Tabithavan_Rooyen are you using sign in with Google or the user name?

You should definitely not post your username. These forums are world-readable, not just scouting-readable.
@Tabithavan_Rooyen You appear to have Google sign in turned in.
Try logging in at my.Scouting using the sign in with Google button, your Google name, and your Google password.
I did that and it worked @JenniferOlinger but still can’t get into scoutbook?
Are you logging in to Scoutbook at: https://scoutbook.scouting.org ?
When you click on the Login button, are you clicking on the “Sign in with Google” button and using your Google name and your Google password?
