Undo Awarded Action

In trying to clean up our lists, I awarded all awards to our Cub Scouts - former and current members. This even awarded the awards that have not been purchased yet for our upcoming Pack Meeting. Can this action be undone? If not, what can be done to review the lists manually to figure out which awards need to be purchased?

@BrandonMoore2 - the way I would approach it is to go to the awarded tab and look for items that do not have a PO number. Those are most likely the candidates to look at. You can then if you want uncheck the awarded or make a list to purchase them.

@Stephen_Hornak, that is a great idea. I am also using the history tab and moving up from the last PO date. Any other ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

@BrandonMoore2 - and that works as well although history grabs things like camping, service and hikes but workable

Under Reports → Quick Export, select Advancement. There is an Awarded Date column. Sort by Awarded Date to find everything you mistakenly marked awarded.

@BrandonMoore2

I found a bug in the Export Advancement file. Use Excel to filter by column and unselect anything where the Completed Date column is empty. We have reported this to the developers.

@edavignon Wonderful! The Leader Approved and Marked Completed columns added information that wasn’t available from the Awarded and History tabs.

@BrandonMoore2 - yes and it gets you the marked awarded data.. so with all of this you should be able to get back on track.
