Awarded all Achievements before Adding to PO

I’m a relatively new Advancement Coordinator for our Cub Scout Pack. I was going through all the menus and noticed that the previous Advancement Coordinator never “Awarded” any of the achievements earned over her 4 year tenure. So I Awarded everything - about 930 achievements. Unfortunately, this also awarded the achievements I have not yet purchased and I can’t add them to our current Purchase Order.

Is there an easy way to go through and un-Award achievements?

Is there a way I can filter all our current scouts’ achievements by Approval date to help me find the ones I prematurely Awarded?

@EmileeRana in Legacy SB - if an Admin - you might be able to get the data with the Audit Log Report - I do not recall. no matter what, is a one by one fix.

Saying that. Cub Scouts adventures are not restricted, so you can just walk in store, or go online to shoutshop and order all you want with no documentation. Ranks are different.

I would do an advancement export under quick export in the reports menu. Then sort of leaderapproveddate.
