Unit Membership Report exports incorrect quantities

as we are nearing the end of the year running totals to see how many people in the next 1d, 15d. 30d cycles need to work toward renewal still. The quantities cannot be trusted in that for some units where I know there are only a grand total of 15 adults the report reflects over 169 adults expiring. The screenshots are only provided as example. an actual export is here.

OLRMembershipStatusSummaryReport (2).csv (7.8 KB)

What I suspect is that somehow the numbers are based on “rolls” vs BSA ID numbers or something like that as these kinds of weirdness in other reports started showing about the same time the permissions from SB move to SB+. It’s not a show stopper but it is a bug.

@LarryPotter- report the issue to your council as there is nobody from my.scouting.org on the forums.

Not sure if you are aware but Councils are now asking for evidence that the issues were brought to this forum before attempting to have them (Council Staff) make help desk issues to JIRA for consideration. An annotation that there is a bug in the reports. Thank you

@LarryPotter

NO issue related to renewals or my.scouting.org reported via the forums is reported to Scouting America IT. The my.scouting.org team ONLY accepts bug reports from Councils, not from volunteers and they do not monitor the forums.

If your Council staff has an issue with this policy, they need to discuss it with Scouting America IT. Every Scout Exec has contact information for Scouting America IT management.
