Trying to create reports and receive error messages and shared reports shows nothing.
User is using firefox, google login, has the committee member profile selected.
Checked Permission Manager and reports is selected (image below). When clicking on + New Report button receives error messages, inserted below.

Treasurer is not on the list of roles allowed to use the reporting feature, based on the document you linked to.
The reporting feature has options for payment balance, so treasurer should have access to reporting feature. Is there a plan for treasurer reporting in the works or is this something we need to request?
@KristaHolmes - the treasurer is listed for the payment log reports. That is what fits with the role of unit treasurer. What other reports would they need to run ?
The payment log report is pretty worthless, the filter options are minimal. It does not produce a simple report of payment balance, like the payment balance option in the custom report tool.

@KristaHolmes - are you sure the custom report is showing you an accurate balance.. I do not think it is.
yes, the balances are correct and match the paylog balances on their individual accounts. I took screen shots for the first 5 in the report, the totals match to those in the corresponding report I did for this one patrol. I didn’t do our whole troop becuase we have 40 scouts in our troop. being able to do specific scouts is also a nice feature only available in the custom report and not available in the payment log report.
@KristaHolmes - there was a user post that noted the custom report was not capturing accurate amounts. If you want them to have access to that report you would need to assign a role that has access. Not every unit has leader role set up as universal
It is for us, maybe it was fixed. I will try to assign another role but the new permission tool limits some duplicate roles. I will let you know if this work around works shortly.
@KristaHolmes - it is 24 hours for it to apply. I think unit support may be an option but check the report access list
