Hello, Is there any way we can upload camping nights and service hours from troop web host to scoutbook?
@SambasivaNarne there is no Log import native or through extension - what I did moving a troop from Troopmaster to SB was go in and enter one Camping event for each scout with all the nights - 1/1/2020 - Camp-45 nights.
That took care of the totals - only thing it effected was the OA Eligibility report
One way you might be able to work around the lack of an upload for logs might be to upload the calendar events, set the camping nights/service hours, then marks folks as having attended. The only issue is if you have a lot of variability (e.g. attendees who did variable number of service hours at the same event.
I can’t recall if the Feature Assistant still allows calendar event uploads or not, though.
Using Donovan’s method, you could still allow the OA History Report to work by entering the past 2 years of data as individual camping events then anything older than 2 years as a single event with a date more than 2 years in the past.
