User (parent) from 3 years ago

I have a parent that hasn’t logged in for 3 years. She tried logging in last week and kept getting an error message. I thought maybe she couldn’t remember her password but it wouldn’t let her click the forgot password feature - gave her an error about her account not existing.
I tried to resend her an invitation and it said, " This user have not set up SSO in scoutbook."
If I click “edit profile” to see what email address is associated with her account, I get an error message. However, from the address bar I think her user ID is 8318428
