Parent can't log in or reset password

The parent spoke with someone at the council, and was told that it doesn’t appear they have an account. But I can see them in Scoutbook. He’s tried to reset the password, but that has never worked out. I tried to send him an invitation, but it complained that the user already existed. Can someone please delete him so I can re-invite him? Is that possible.

is he trying to use his email (which I have) or username Reislars2021 - if the username he probably needs to first login to my.scouting.org - there is a BOT at bottom right of that page to help forgotten password - he can just type “forgot password” to bot.
