Itâs been two days since I reset the email, still getting the same error message.
I have informed my Council office, and they are reaching out to National.
@ChristopherBruening I found another Scoutbook user with the same e-mail address (Venturing Crew Associate Advisorâs son T.M.?). I have removed the e-mail from T.M., so it might work now.
Something else I see: S.M. cannot be registered as Chartered Org. Rep. and Associate Advisor for the same unit (crew). A Chartered Org. Rep. can dual register as Committee Chair or as a Committee Member / New Member Coordinator, but not other positions.

I removed S.M. as Chartered Org Rep a few days ago. That position is listed under the Removed Members tab. Should only be listed at Associate Advisor.
I am getting the same error message about S.M.'s email being invalid. Will give it some time to update and try later.
@ChristopherBruening Please check again. There was an extra space at the end of S.M.'s e-mail.

Thank you for the suggestion. Yes, refreshed roster before submitting. Even cleared browser cache. Still no change in result.
I tried again today and it went through. The issue is resolved. The only thing I did differently was click refresh roster before submitting.

Yes I think the Refresh Roster (not generic refresh page) can get past or resolve several issues. If you do not refresh the same old problematic data could still be in place
I assume the developers have thought about doing a ârefresh rosterâ as part of launching the recharter module each time? Basically, there wouldnât be a reason to have someone work with and submit on âbadâ or âoldâ info.
I use the refresh roster button before each attempt, so far no luck. Last try was moments ago.
Iâm still getting the same error message. Invalid email for one of my Scouters, which I know to be valid. I am contemplating removing the Scouter to see if it will go through, then re-adding him back after.
@ChristopherBruening what is MID of the Scouter - we have found some spaces in emails
@ChristopherBruening Developers are asking if council has Reset the Charter? and if not can they. It will set it back to the original state
