"Warning, another user is using the same email address ..."

Both accounts are me, but I have not used the other in years. I tried to get it fixed back in early 2019, but failed.

The account I am using (and have all my training tied to) is:
SB User ID: 9796915
BSA Member ID: 13019133

I can’t see the ID numbers for the original, should be removed/merged account. But it has the same email address as the above and the same name, except that its first name starts with “Error” and then is my name. Explanation available if desired on that.
