I am really really upset. We used the notes section to keep track of many many things…aquatics hours, merit badge counselor names/contact information, where merit badges were done, etc. I do not see those notes in the new version. Please please someone help me figure out how to retrieve them. We will have lost information that is impossible to recreate.

I wish the “system” (process, software, people) could understand and appreciate the significant loss loosing the notes. I emphasize the upset and frustration from previous posts, there is so much that our scout units (cubs, troop & crew) relied on there we as well used it to track so much information and impossible to create.
The notes are not lost, there is an issue that is preventing them from displaying in Scoutbook Plus. Notes on ranks have already been restored. The developers are still working on restoring notes on awards and merit badges.
