I have a few scouts who are missing merit badges in Scoutbook Plus. I am not able to find the merit badges anywhere in order to award them to the scout. They are not in partial, not in new, and not awarded. Is this really the only support offered to volunteers? Where is the web support?
@SarahJohnson15 - have you looked in the advancement tab on the roster view. There is a To Approve and To purchase
Yes. I have looked there, but as I said the badges aren’t anywhere. If they were in that view they would still show on the scouts page as well. Thanks for trying - I appreciate the help.
@SarahJohnson15 - if you post the membership id and merit badges perhaps the SUAC will be able to see what is in the record for the scout
Under the MB for the Scout have you used the filter and set it to ALL?
That was it. They were stuck in some pending approval needing a signature view. Thank you!!
@SarahJohnson15 yeah there is a slight UX change coming so they will show a little easier when complete not approved
@SarahJohnson15 - you have to click on the text that says To Approve
