I marked off our troop’s completed summer camp merit badges as Awarded after the Court of Honor on 7/19/25. This was done in legacy scoutbook. They are not showing up as awarded in Scoutbook Plus and in the menu of “to be awarded” none of the camp merit badges are in that list. How do I get these merit badges marked awarded?
@RebeccaForman post the Member # of a Scout (no names) and the MB you say is awarded. Maybe a screenshot of the area showing it is not marked awarded
@DonovanMcNeil I will try to work on this, but there are 30 in the troop and it’s from summer camp, so looking up the member numbers and then all the merit badges that should be marked as awarded will literally take me hours. Is there any other/faster way? Can someone go into our troop Scoutbook and just mark all the unawarded MBs as awarded? They’ve all been awarded. There are no unawarded MBs.
SUAC members are unable to make changes in Scoutbook for units.
We only need a couple Scouting America Member IDs (no names) and Merit Badges to try and diagnose the problem.
