We have added a 3rd Patrol to our troop as we are growing. The scoutmaster added the new patrol and added the scouts in that patrol. This was done a few weeks ago. Now when I sign into Scoutbook plus the entire patrol is missing and now today all of the adults are also missing. Only 2 patrols are showing. I made sure I checked that the right filter was on and selected scouts only - and again went back and selected all options to verify that they were not being filtered out. They are not showing up. I’m not even showing up and I know I’m still registered with the unit.
Now, if I go to Scoutbook Legacy, we are all there - including the new patrol and all the scouts are showing as well as the adults. They all disappear from Scoutbook Plus though. I can’t edit any of their rank or do anything with merit badges for these missing scouts.
