Members are missing from Scoutbook Plus and double in Old Scoutbook

I have a number of new cross-overs that are not showing up on the Troop Roster in SB+ after trying to put them in patrols. The patrols are now doubled in SB legacy, with all the scouts in them, and they are also listed as “Not In A Patrol” in SB Legacy.

NOTE: some of these have been in the troop for a year, so I think the issue came when trying to set-up the new patrols. One of the ASMs (and a key 3 delegate) was working on getting that done. I don’t know if that helps root cause where the issues resides.

@PatrickCox - please do not use or touch legacy scoutbook.

@PatrickCox - you should also reset your roster filters in advancements.scouting.org

@PatrickCox I would go to SB+ > Roster > Filters > Click Reset no matter what.

Then look at roster. Build Patrols in SB+. Do not look at or touch Legacy is the best advise.
