A bunch of our scouts earned stand up paddleboardint the other day but I can’t add them as earned because is says they started the award previously but didn’t. please advise

There are a number of issues with awards right now. If you provide the specific steps you’re taking, the error message received, and Scouting America Member IDs for a few of the scouts (no names, please!), the SUAC volunteers may be able to identify if this is one of the known bugs, or something new to report.
I tried it as a group entry and individual both ways show that the scouts have already started and gives and error JSON. and individual doesn’t show any of the requirements. I rather not post id numbers on here till I double check with my committee chair.
Having the same issue. One of the scout profiles that I’m having the issue with is a newly crossed-over scout who has never done this award. Trying to enter the Stand Up Paddleboard award.
Different topic, but related to awards, why are none of the Award Comments from Scoutbook Legacy migrated to Scoutbook Plus?
It seems like as part of the main migration effort that something broke a lot of the awards interface. There have been many posts acknowledging that the awards are having many issues.
The why isn’t shared by Scouting America IT, nor is the when. We can be certain that they will eventually be fully functional.
Its even with snorkling bsa award as well
